These online shopping terms and conditions (“Online Shopping Terms and Conditions”) apply to all orders which you, the customer (“you” or “your”), place using this website “oliverandedie.com” (“Website”), operated by us, Oliver and Edie (“we” “us” or “our”).
Prices
All prices on the Oliver and Edie website are in Australian Dollars (AUD$). Coffee is a GST free product but GST is charged where applicable. Products are invoiced and charged in AUD$ at the price prevailing at the time you place your order. Shipping charges are extra and will be displayed at the Check-out prior to payment, according to your delivery address. There are GST charges on shipping.
Prices displayed on our website apply to online purchases only and do not necessarily reflect the price of identical items sold by any other means. We reserve the right to update prices displayed on the website at any time.
Returns
If you receive delivery of a package from us and the contents have been damaged in transit, please do not accept delivery of the item, but advise the courier to return the package to us. Upon receipt of the goods from the courier company, we we will exchange the damaged items without charge to you. If you are unable to return the package to us via the courier, please contact us through the contact form and we will try to arrange alternative methods for returns. In some cases you may be asked to provide in depth details of the damages and photos of the damaged products before we organise return shipping and exchanges. No refunds are given for incorrect purchases or change of mind. We do not offer an exchange or refund if you are not satisfied with the product. However, we pride ourselves on the quality of our products and we believe they are the best or within the best in the country so if you are not satisfied with our products please contact us using the contact form and we will try to fix the issue and satisfy all parties.
